Sounds like they're taking advantage of your generous nature.
(And, yes, Morgaine, the US and GB are two countries seperated by a common language. )
I'd like to know why only one day out of the year is Mother's Day. I feel like I deserve more appreciation than that.

That answer is also to do with US and UK differences. Here in England we had Mothers day 2 months ago. Sooo all you have to do is travel back and fourth- then
you will have two! Problem solved!
Ummm... Why havent we invented a big machine that can controll the weather??? ♪

Why can't collection agencies work with people to begin with instead of being assholes?

I imagine the agents don't get paid (or paid much) unless they collect the debt they're assigned to so they harrass and intimidate us to try to wring
out money that we don't have. So, obviously, they're not very smart either.
Why do people have to act like a**holes? Why can't people just be pleasant with one another?
