These are so fun, Pudster! And they are really well done because it can be difficult to get across the character when you are using an established rendering
style. The details are great

Thanks! I love putting tons of detail into my dolls; it gives them more personality and keeps me out of trouble, since I only have time to memorize
everyone's outfit.
It was a little difficult to make sure that all of them were different, considering I only have about 10 different poses to choose from, but I think I managed to pull it off. It's all about the pose and costume. *nods sagely* I completely spaced this out on my last update though. Group picture!

Made another. I think my shading is getting better! It actually looks like clothing!

This is, quite possibly, your best work to date. I noticed that you paid particularly close attention to detail in this...the fine pattern on her dress and the
bracelets, for instance. I also like the trapeze.
A truly brilliant inspiration. Too bad we don't know more about her.

Wow, Pudster, your original dolls were awesome but this latest one is really amazing! How long does it take you to make one that detailed?

Thanks guys! I think she's my best too; let's hope I don't forget how I did it! It usually takes me several hours to finish a doll, the details
come easy for me, it's the shading that takes forever.
I think this one took about 3 hours. (Couldn't get the back of her sari to flow just right.) |
