So I'm sure many, if not all of us, have customized the desktop of our computer and the look of it to suit our desires.

How to take a screenshot of your computer
PC

Hit the "Print Screen" button (upper left of the keyboard) then paste the picture (Ctrl + V or right click -> Paste) into Paint (Start-> All Programs -> Accessories...

In all of the examples below, when you remove the space I have placed you will end up with the emote

GIF help needed

I'm in the process of updating my banner ad for this website. I'm wanting to have several frames and most have photographic images that, obviously as an artist, need to show up in detail to display my work. I also have a really cool background that I made from scratch in PS. But when I went to make the GIF the colors where greatly reduced (so it looks posterized) and now it looks like crap. I have some sketchy idea of GIFs having fewer colors than a JPEG, but obviously there has to be...
